1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility
We offer a straightforward 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of product delivery.
Your item must be eligible under the following conditions:
- Unused & Sealed: The product must be in its original, unopened box with all seals, stickers, and packaging intact.
- Like-New Condition: The item must not show any signs of use, installation, or damage.
- Complete Package: All original accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included.
- Valid Proof: You must provide the original invoice or order confirmation.
Crucial Note for Smartphones & Gadgets:
- Breaking the seal means you accept the product. Once the manufacturer’s box seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a simple return or size/color exchange. It can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is discovered (see Section 2).
2. Handling Manufacturing Defects & DOA (Dead on Arrival)
We guarantee that your product will be free from defects upon arrival.
- Coverage: 7-day replacement guarantee for defective items.
- Report Quickly: You must report any defect within 24 hours of delivery.
- Verification Process: Our support team will first guide you through troubleshooting. If the issue is not resolved, we will arrange a pickup.
- Inspection & Resolution: The product will be inspected by our technicians. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement of the same model.
- Alternative: If the same model is unavailable, we will offer a comparable model or a full refund.
3. What Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted for the following (unless Dead on Arrival):
- Products with broken or tampered seals.
- Software, digital goods, or downloadable products.
- Opened personal care accessories (e.g., earphones).
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, liquid, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start a return:
- Notify Us: Contact our support team via email at email@gadgetcure.com or call us at +8809638672923 within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Eligibility Check: Our team will verify your request against our policy.
- Product Pickup: For approved returns, we will coordinate a pickup from your address at no cost to you.
- Final Decision: After a quality inspection, we will process your replacement or refund.
5. Refund Policy
You will receive a refund in these cases:
- A defective product cannot be replaced.
- You cancel an order before it is shipped.
- You return an eligible, unused, and sealed product.
Processing Details:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, bank card).
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
6. Exchanges
We only facilitate direct replacements for the same model. To get a different product, you can return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products come with the standard brand manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and coverage are determined by the brand.
- After the 7-day return period, all hardware issues are handled under this warranty through the brand’s authorized service centers in Bangladesh.
